The mystery photo game is like a workout. It exercises your brain to keep it healthy. Plus it’s a hell of a lot of fun that helps me get through that last icky day of the work week :). However, sometimes my blogging buddies get a little bit discouraged if they can’t figure out what the mystery photo is. Take last week for instance. I don’t like to name names but one follower (Bu**y) said he wouldn’t play with me anymore because I had stopped being nice and another (L*uA*n) said I was mean and actually demanded an easy mystery photo for this week. Because I don’t like to see my friends cry, and I was a little worried about the burning smell coming out of all of your ears, I have decided to give you a break this week. Now having said that, it’s going to be pretty awkward if nobody guesses correctly LOL.
I’ll even give you a hint. It’s round and contains my favourite food. If you don’t get it now, we’re going to have a big problem. Ok, ready, set, go….

Now I don’t know who this Butty is but that was pretty mean of them to say. I’m going to have to give my apologies in advance for next week as I definitely won’t have Internet access whilst in the Umfurudzi safari area (North Eastern Zimbabwe) I might have limited access the week after but not promises. The good news is I’ll have lots of chocolate chip cookies to keep me going.

I saw a story on television the other day about people who got fired after their boss saw comments they made on Facebook, Twitter, or somewhere else online. Maybe you should rethink the icky in your third sentence. Maybe you could rewrite the word as i*ky. On second thought, that wouldn’t be as hard to guess as the things in your pictures.
That’s why you never “friend” your boss on Facebook, and you make sure you have good privacy settings LOL!

Mmm, cookies! It looks like a chocolate chip cookie. The dark part could be a raisin, maybe, but I think it’s a chocolate chip. Why ruin a cookie with raisins? 😉
You are a girl after my own heart :). It is a chocolate chip cookie, and I totally agree that raisins would ruin it! It’s like putting nuts in brownies. How can people do that to a beautiful, chewy brownie?
Let’s hope I’m not raisin’ hell by saying so, but raisins in chocolate chip cookies are just fine with me.

Exactly! I’m not a fan of nuts in brownies. A few on top is fine, but not in the batter. Now, they can put chocolate chips in brownies. That’s perfectly acceptable. 🙂
Oh boy, you would have loved the dessert I had recently at a restaurant. It was called My Chocolate Chip Cookie Ate My Brownie. Somehow they baked a brownie into the centre of a huge chocolate chip cookie. Like the cookie batter was totally surrounding the brownie, top and bottom. It was to die for :).
I just hopped back into the blogging world today, and I didn’t read anyone else’s comments or guesses for this…I knew immediately that it was a cookie and when you said it was your favorite, the game was over…CHOCOLATE CHIP!!!!!!
You are correct :). I must tell you though (and don’t get mad at me) that I have decided to discontinue the mystery photo for the time being. It was just getting too hard to think of something different each week. I’m hoping to get back to posting photos from our big trip again soon.

I will definitely return to my trip photos but probably not until September. I’m trying to soak up as much sunshine as I can so that the memories of that warmth will help me survive the cold months to come :).
