Mystery Photo #99

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, it’s almost turkey time!!!  We are heading into Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, and all diets are off 🙂  I am going to stuff myself like the turkey, take a break, and then stuff myself again.  Can you tell I love turkey?  Oh, and don’t forget pie.  I am not a fan of pumpkin pie, but dreams of huge slices of warm apple pie topped with ice cream are already floating through my mind and making my taste buds tingle.

Of course, it’s not all about food.  It’s about being thankful, and I have a great deal to be thankful for.  Most of all I am thankful for my family, and Bryan and his girlfriend will be home from college this weekend, so we will all be together which is perfect.  To all my Canadian blogging friends, make sure you take stock of what you are thankful for and have a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Gobble, gobble :).

With thoughts of turkey taking over my mind, I had a very difficult time thinking of a mystery photo this week, so please forgive me if this photo is not up to par.  Even though it’s kind of crappy, we can still have fun right?  Ok, ready, set, go….

P.S.  I may have to start sharing some iPhone photos soon.  I got a new iPhone 5s (yay me!!), and it takes incredible pictures.  I was pleasantly surprised actually because I’ve had iPhones for years now, but I have never been happy with the photos they take.  Time to do some experimenting :).

HAPPY THANKSGIVING CINDY AND MIKEY AND BROOD! I too think these are stale Hershey’s Kisses. Never mind the axe – – maybe you have poison in mind. 🙂

  10. RMW says:

My first guess when I saw this photo was fossilized Hershey’s Kisses… but I don’t think it can be that easy as they look like they are made of stone or some kind of metal… maybe iron. That’s all I have.

  11. I am going to hedge my bets here and call these Martian Hershey kisses that have visited the moon

  12. Map of Time says:

Queen Victoria says: We are not s*@#ing amused, innit.

Not so much a guess as a comment, Hagrid says: Thas dragon dribble that is.

The Mystery Band says: Best not play this at work, although it might be appropriate. And, Happy Thanksgiving to all.

  18. Sorry I’m late this morning, but I was busy cleaning my house and getting ready for our Thanksgiving supper which we are having today so that Bryan and his girlfriend can go to her supper tomorrow :). Well, we had some very interesting answers this week, but the correct answer is chocolate chips. And, they are not old and stale – I think it’s just the way the flash made them look and the fact that they are unsweetened. I found that out when I grabbed a handful after taking the picture LOL! Ewwww! I find that they are a nicer brown colour when they are sweetened. Anyway, awesome guessing everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving again to all my Canadian blogger friends. Eat lots of turkey and then find the closest couch :).
