Everyone really seemed to enjoy my cloudy sky post the other day, so since I am still very busy helping my son pack I needed another quick post, and I thought you might enjoy this photo of an approaching storm over a farmer’s field. If I take the backroads to work, it’s open sky and fields as far as the eye can see, so the opportunities for beautiful atmospheric skies are frequent. I don’t know about you, but I can never have too many cloud shots :).

Having grown up in a crowded city, I can’t get enough of the landscapes around here :). I feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful country!!

Yes, that was one of the rare days this summer that we actually got rain LOL.
I love a panoramic view like this – reminds me of when I lived in the country as a kid.
Do you miss living in the country? I grew up in a large city, but the only thing I miss about it is how close I was to stores :). Now I have to drive an hour to get to a “real” shopping mall!!
I live in a small town now – but yes I miss the country–and it takes about 40 minutes to get to a real mall from here
So you’re probably like us then where you save all of your errands for the weekend, since you can’t just run to a store quickly? LOL
