Happy Friday the 13th everyone!! I still have more Niagara Falls posts planned, but I have never missed a Mystery Photo Friday, and I don’t intend to start now. This week we have a bit of a twist. My brother has been following my mystery photos every week – sometimes he guesses it and sometimes he doesn’t. I’m betting on most of the time he doesn’t! LOL Anyway, we also have an ongoing friendly argument over who has the better brand of camera. I have always been a faithful Canon customer, while he insists that Olympus is far better. Phht, what does he know? LOL
Anyway, last weekend he decided to try his hand at macro photography and sent me a photo to see if I could figure out what it was. A few days later he started bugging me because I hadn’t sent him any guesses. I can just picture him puffing up like a peacock because he thought he had stumped me. Little did he know that my mom had already spilled the beans and told me what it was! I really don’t want to admit it (because I know he will read this), but I have to give him kudos because I don’t honestly think I ever would have guessed it. He then said graciously nicely humbly, wanting to one up me, that I could use it for my mystery photo this week if I wanted to. Although I might have to put up with him bragging if nobody gets it, I guess I’ll let him have a little bit of glory. So, here goes – my big brother Jimmy’s mystery photo. Ok, ready, set, go…….
Citrus fruit pulp, lemon or orange, looks to be on the inside of a glass.
Clueless he’s got me stumped, looks like some sort of pond slime in maybe a fish tank.
Very weird–didn’t have a clue until I read Jeff’s response. Then I agreed with him!:-)
I’m inclined to agree with Jeff, but the right side looks a little distorted. Kind of like it’s a plastic curtain, or something like that…or an oddly shaped glass with the pulp on it!
Lime bits in a gin and tonic…I’m going to go fix a gin and tonic now…dang it, I’m out of limes. My travel photo today is for you. Another bird I don’t know 🙂
My guess is melting snow and ice. I think your photo challenges are much harder, not that I am taking sides or anything 🙂 Judy
One hand looks like the pulp then on the other it looks like a rubber tire . Hmmmm
Ok, the winner this week is Jeff. Great job Jeff – it is orange juice pulp on the inside of a jug! Sorry I can’t count the other similar answers as winners because they just copied Jeff. Bad copycatters! LOL. Isn’t it interesting how my brother never commented on this post?!?! LOL. I think it’s because he realizes now that my mystery photos are way harder than his! 🙂
Whooooo-Hoooo! When do I get my prize? 😀
You get to wear the smartest blogger badge for a whole week!!! How about that? You will be respected and envied by all. 🙂
NO WAY! You are the coolest person ever!!
Awww, thanks Jeff! Be ready for tomorrow – maybe you can keep the badge for another week. LOL
