It looks like the gunite that they use to surface a swimming pool. I am very familiar with this since I have to brush our all the time to keep it clean!!!

Well, I definitely got you guys this week!! Although they were all great guesses, it is actually a rubber door mat from outside our front door. The light areas are the concrete showing through from the porch underneath. Good one eh? Great job everyone!!
